2022 March Break Kids Tech Camps
Make things, friends & memories!
Have your child spend their March Break meeting new friends & learning tech skills at The Maker Bean Cafe at 1052 Bloor St. West! Using tools such as laser cutters, 3D printers & wood-working tools, and with 1 laptop per child, your children will create something straight out of their imaginations!
Each day has a different theme, so you can sign your child up for multiple camps, and they won’t repeat the same activity.
For kids 6-12 years old, both experienced & new makers alike.
Kids also head outdoors for at least 1.5 hours per day to Dufferin Grove or Dovercourt Parks (5-minute walks from The Maker Bean) for active games & fresh air. Please ensure your kids are dressed for outdoor time during the winter.

Camp schedule
Mon, Wed, Fri (March 14, 16, 18): Minecraft & Making
Minecraft is awesome - but Minecraft + Making things is even awesome-er! The day is a mix of completing in-game Minecraft tasks, and using real-world skills like modelling & laser cutting to build something right out of the Minecraft world - that of course the kids can take home at the end of the day!
Tues, Thurs (March 15, 17): Robotics, Design & Making
Join us for a fun activity designing, building & using your own robotic or electronic creation! Skills learned could include 2D or 3D design, laser cutting, 3D printing, wiring/circuitry/motors and more - let your imagination take flight build something fun with us, that you of course can take home with you!
