Have your kids join our community of young makers as they learn new tech skills & have fun! Our 7-week tech camps will have them learn laser cutting, 3D printing, coding and other skills as they work towards a final project.
For kids 6-12 years old, both experienced & new makers alike, at our 1052 Bloor St. West location.
Pricing
$250 for 7-week camp (~$35/session), includes all materials, facilitation & a take-home tech project from each session.
Weekly Camp Schedule - 2 sessions to choose from:
After-School Club – Thursdays 3:30-6, kids can arrive anytime after 3:30, and will start the day’s activities when they arrive, next session starts Thurs Nov 5 - Thurs Dec 17
Saturday Morning Camp – Saturdays 10am-12pm, next session starts Sat Nov 7 - Sat Dec 19

Themes for Nov-Dec 2026 weekly camp sessions:
Week 1: LED Cabin - Design
For our first session, campers will explore Inkscape - a 2D design program - where they will design custom facades for their cozy cabin dioramas! This cabin doubles as a lamp with working LEDs, so campers will prepare custom cut-out holes for the light to shine through!
Week 2: LED Cabin - Assembly
As a continuation from the previous week, campers will receive the laser-cut pieces they designed and use them to assemble their dioramas! They’ll also learn how to wire their own LED circuits to make their light-up cabins shine bright! After our lights are installed we’ll decorate our cabins to make them unique.
Week 3: Journal Cover
Campers will practice fine-motor skills this week by sewing a felt journal cover that they can take to school! They’ll stitch together their laser-cut felt pieces before customizing them with craft supplies to show off their personalities!
Week 4: Lasercut Ball Maze
This week campers will assemble and decorate their own classic enclosed ball maze game. They will hot-glue their laser-cut wood and acrylic pieces together, add a tiny ball to their maze, and colour their finished build.
Week 5: Code a 3D Printable Snowflake with TinkerCAD
Campers will explore the intersection of 3D modeling and coding in this session to create seasonal snowflake designs! In TinkerCAD - a beginner-friendly 3D design application - campers will utilize code to create three-dimensional shapes. The finished product will be a short animation of their code corresponding with snowflake designs composed of geometric shapes. Campers will receive their 3D-printed snowflakes the following week of camp.
Week 6: Jumping Bot
Today campers will build their own jumping robots! They will begin with wiring a DC motor circuit. Then they’ll assemble a mechanism which will propel their build forward using resistance from a rubber band against the force of their motor. Lastly, campers will assemble their robot’s body with laser-cut pieces and personalize their builds with craft decorations!
Week 7: Wick Editor
Campers will spend this session exploring Wick Editor - a 2D frame-by-frame animation program - and create their own GIFs! Campers will be guided through a program tutorial, learning about motion graphics and animation techniques.
