Instructed by local independent comic artist/writer Joey Matthews, The Art of Comics is the perfect way for beginner writers and or artists to learn what it takes to make a comic. Every week Joey will take you through different drawing and writing techniques, culminating in creating your very own comic!

April 3rd is the first day of a 10 week course, every following Wednesday for 10 weeks. Your event ticket is good for the whole 10 weeks.

The course is for beginner adults and teens who are looking to try something new. It is a class starting with the basics, teaching writing and drawing from the ground up. No previous experience or education required.
